The Cottages is a unique concept in residential community living. A friendly neighborhood specially designed to cater to indivduals age 55 or older who enjoy their independent lifestyles. Each residence is one-story and has special features designed to ensure peace of mind including, on-site management service, 24-hour emergency maintenance, a monitored alarm system and an emergency 911 Call button.

Each individual residence with in the four-plex is 1,021 sq.ft. in size and offers two bedrooms and two full bahts, living/dining room, and a furnished kitchen with a conventional oven and stove with vented hood, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, individual washer and dryer, and a double sink with disposal.

The bathrooms are large and include special fixtures designed for the convenience of our senior residents. The bedrooms and living/dining room also feature ceiling fans to add to the already energy-efficient design of the apartments. The residences are all electric with central heating and air conditioning and each unit is separately metered.

The buildings and grounds are designed to be maintenance-free. The buildings are beautifully constructed of brick and vinyl siding with landscaped grounds and sidewalks. Each residence also features a front porch, covered parking and a storage unit. The grounds are fully contained behind a security gate. A 1,500 sq.ft. community recreation and meeting facility with a patio and grill is also located on site for the use of residents.
